The Imports/Exports odd job opens up once you complete Customs Fast Track and is located on the docks in Easter Basin. There will be three lists of cars for you to collect and bring to the crane, with the second and third lists being unlocked after completing the previous ones.
The board with the list of cars needed is located near the edge of the docks, behind the crane. You get a little help from the game, though, as when you get into a vehicle that can be exported, the game tells you so. The price you get for a vehicle is dependent on the condition it is in when delivering it onto the boat, so if the car is damaged at all, make sure you get it repaired if you want the full amount.
EXPORTS
As previously mentioned, there are three lists for exporting, with each list containing 10 cars that need to be found. Not only do you get money for each car, but you also get a bonus for completing each list, with the first list fetching an extra $50,000, then the second and third lists netting you $100,000 and $200,000, respectively.
Not only do you get money, but also bonus cars become unlocked for importing for every 5 and 10 cars you bring to the docks. Every car you bring can be imported, for a price, but you will also get a bonus of six extra cars once you finish all three lists.
