REWARDS - Flight School unlocks
Toreno needs you to buy some property, mainly the abandoned airstrip. Get into a vehicle and head towards the airplane icon on your radar. Once there, head onto the green house icon and buy it for $80,000. After that, head into the nearby building with the yellow arrow. This is the area where you can save your game. Go back outside and around the corner to find a set of stairs leading to the second floor office. Step into the red marker and Toreno says he has planned out some flying lessons for you via the TV in the office.
