Gifts is a weapon slot, but the true purpose of them is to give them to your girlfriends to increase your relationship status with them. There are four Gifts available in the game, which are the Cane, Flowers, Dildo and Vibrator.
CANE
The Cane is technically listed as a Gift, although you can't give it to any of your girlfriends. It functions as a melee weapon, though, which is what you should use it for. As a melee weapon, it's almost a mirror image of the Shovel, as it is quick to attack, but the damage caused by it isn't so great. As such, it's more of a weapon used against single enemies, rather than groups.

FLOWERS
The Flowers' main function is a gift to give to girlfriends, which help to increase his relationship status with them. Just having the Flowers in your inventory will increase CJ's sex appeal by quite a bit. Flowers also function as a weapon, doing slightly more damage than your Fists. There are plenty of locations in the game where you can acquire Flowers.

DILDO
The Dildo is a gift that you can give to your girlfriend, although you may need to wait until your relationship is high before giving it. It can also be used as a weapon, although the damage is not too great. The locations where you can get one are very limited, so it's probably best to forget about using it as a weapon or gift. If you do happen to get it, it's not a bad weapon to fall back on.

VIBRATOR
The Vibrator is similar to the Dildo, in that, it's both a gift you can give to your girlfriends and a weapon. As a weapon, it is slightly faster than the Dildo and does about the same damage, but it lacks in comparison to other weapons. The only problem with this is there's only one location where it cane be found. It's in Bayside, next to a scrap bin in a dirt lot, just northwest of the Bayside Marina.
