Upon death, the semi-boss character, Roshan, will drop the following items:
Aegis of the Immortal
An Aegis of the Immortal drops whenever Roshan is killed. The person who picks up the Aegis will - if they die - come back to life 5 seconds afterwards, with full health and mana, at the location where they died. The Aegis then disappears from your inventory.
If not used within 5 minutes of being picked up (so technically it is possible for there to be more than one Aegis to be active) the Aegis of the Immortal also disappears from your inventory. Roshan respawns randomly every 8-11 minutes.
Cheese
Roshan will also drop a Cheese as well as an Aegis the third time he is killed (and every time thereafter). This makes it quite rare, because most games will not last long enough for Roshan to be slain three times, and so is a much sought-after item at that stage in the game.
Cheese instantly restores 2,500 health and 1,000 mana when used, or it can be sold for 500 gold at the shop. Multiple Cheeses can be stacked, and the item can be used both on yourself and on allies.
