This achievement requires you to give a thumbs up to a player made contracts game. You can get this along with Partners In Crime and Contender at the same time. If you have a friend who plays Hitman: Absolution then have them create a contract, list it for a competition and then play their competition. Playing the competition will get you Partners in Crime and Contender. When you finish the contract, give it a thumbs up on the summary screen to get this achievement. You'll have gotten three achievements in one go.
If you don't have a friend who has the game, make a second account and make sure you upgrade it to at least an Xbox Silver account (if applicable). As long as it connects to the contracts database, make sure both accounts are friends and then have your second account create a contract. List it for competition and switch back to the previous account. Play that with your primary account to unlock all three the same way.
