| Worn Z&M Model 60 | This weapon can be found on any of the Goons in the hotel. |
| Mustang Snub | You start with this weapon. |
| Worn M590 12GA | Carried by some Goons or found across from the evidence behind the check-in desk in the lobby. |
| Fire Extinguisher | Common in the hallways of the hotel. |
| Iron | Go in the front door on the ground floor of the hotel and take a right. Sneak into the rooms behind the check in desk to find the landlady's apartment. The iron will be on the ironing board. |
| Gasoline Can | Found on the 8th floor in the coat check room. This is the long room not far from the giant bear and has an unused Goon costume in it. |
| Knife | Found amongst the junk in the basement of the hotel. |
| Movie Reel | When you get out of the elevator on floor seven, turn left and enter the janitorial closet (marked "staff"). The Reel is on the shelf by the wall. |
| Measuring Tape | Enter the crime scene directly ahead of you on the seventh floor. In the bedroom, search on the right side to find the measuring tape on a table. It will replace your Fiber Wire. |
| Plunger | When you get off the elevator on the 7th floor, turn left and enter the bathroom. The plunger is in the bathroom stall. |
| Radio | From the elevator on the seventh floor, turn left and follow the hallway. The Radio will be on the cart near the laundry chute. |
| Scissors | Find the projector room on the 8th floor and the scissors will be in that room. |
| Screwdriver | There is a screwdriver in the toolbox in front of the elevator in the basement. |
| Statue Bust | Find the landlady's room on the bottom floor and you'll find this not far from the ironing board. |
| Vase | This can be found in various hallways of the Terminus Hotel, usually on small end tables. |
| Keycard | From the elevator on the 7th floor, turn left and the bathroom. Climb into the vent and follow it to the janitorial room but don't enter. Wait for the maid to come in and turn her back. Subdue her to pick this up. |
| Bottle | There are multiple empty bottles in the alleys on either side of the Terminus or in the alley that you start in. |
| Brick | You can find a brick in either of the alleys on the sides of the Terminus hotel. |
| Wrench | Enter the hotel basement through the access ladder just to the side of the entrance. Follow the pipe and climb up out of the hole. If you take cover on the corner of the wall by the hallway, you should be right on top of a wrench. |
