You will find it by using our walkthrough for this mission. This first evidence is on top floor of the Mechanics garage. You have to go into the mechanics lounge/office area and you'll find it on one of the tables.
You will find it by using our walkthrough for this mission. After grabbing the barber disguise, you can simply walk into the living room and grab the evidence from atop the TV. This is the best way to do it without killing everyone.
