Courthouse
This evidence can be found by following the mission walkthrough. This first evidence is behind the reception desk in the front lobby. Go behind the desk and into the back room. The evidence will be on a desk on the left side. It is easiest to do this with the Judge's disguise.
Holding Cells
This evidence can be found by following the mission walkthrough. You'll find this evidence in the room with the exit. It will be on a table off to one side of the room.
Prison
This evidence can be found by following the mission walkthrough. Getting this last bit of evidence will require subduing someone. After getting past the guard station, walk down the hall and you'll see a man talking in an open doorway about 8-tracks and decktapes. Be careful as he will turn while talking and can see you if he does. Wait for him to do this and then turn back before subduing him. Dump his body here and grab the evidence on your way out.
