Blackwater Park
You can get this piece of evidence by using the mission walkthrough. This piece of evidence is found in the security station just outside of the flooded garage. You can either walk in the front door or if you are not disguised, you can go into the janitors station and come at the security station from the back door. It is sitting in the tape recorder.
Penthouse
Leave the elevator and go in through the door to the penthouse as normal. When you go through the door, turn left and then turn left again. Walk down these long rooms up to the Samurai. Just past the samurai, turn left and the evidence will be sitting on the couch.
