Poisons are found on a couple of levels and must first be collected before being used. They take up no inventory space and are simply produced in the right situations to kill someone.
| Sleeping Pills
| Sleeping pills can be used to kill or sedate as the situation requires. These can be added to both food or drink in several locations in the game. |
| Fugu Fish
| Fugu Fish is commonly known as puffer fish, an extremely toxic fish. If not properly prepared, the toxins won't have been removed and the person eating it will die. Needless to say, 47 always seems to find it unprepared. |
| Rat Poison
| Rat Poison can be found in a few locations, not the least of which are the food vendors during Chinese New Year. It is loaded with highly toxic chemicals the kill very quickly when ingested in combination. |
| U'wa Tribe Poison
| The U'wa tribe poison is the prefered poison of the U'wa tribe who made an appearance in Hitman 2: Silent Assassin. This can only be found in Dexter's Penthoues on Blackwater Park. It is heavily guarded by laser traps. |
