Knives are one of the deadliest environmental weapons in the game. Almost every level has a knife of some kind. They can be used for stabbing from behind, attacking from the front, or for throwing long distances (due to their light weight).

| The regular Knife is a pretty common occurance in kitchen areas. It has a wider body than most other knives but operations much the same way. |
| Filet Knife
| The filet knife is another common item in kitchens though it can sometimes be found in other areas. The filet knife looks similar to the regular knife except that it has much narrower base. |
| Folding Knife
| The folding knife is long and narrow. It isn't a particularly common weapon. |
| Agency Tanto Knife
| The Agency Tanto Knife has a black handle and a serrated blade. It is a weapon found near Agency Soldiers, usually on stacks of boxes or other similar supply areas. |
| Glass Shiv
| The glass shiv only appears in a single place - the evidence room of the Courthouse in Skurky's Law. It may not count as a knife for challenges or play styles but it otherwise acts as a knife in every other way. |
