Gardener: This disguise is sitting on a table just before and to the right of the greenhouse.
Mansion Interior Guard: You can find this disguise on a table near the security station.
Mansion Exterior Guard: You will have to knock out one of the guards before the cliff side for this. The best time is in the hedge maze because before this you won't be allowed to change costumes.
Chef: You have to knock out the Chef on the ground floor section. He'll be with a guard at first but he will soon leave. At this point, you can easily knock him out, take his clothes, and stuff him in the cooler.
