Every level in Hitman: Absolution will have challenges that you can complete for a boost to your score. Once a challenge has been completed, it doesn't have to completed again, even if you die shortly after completing it. For this reason, it may sometimes be beneficial to save at a checkpoint, do a challenge and then restart from the checkpoint.
