This list contains all other items that may not strictly be used as weapons. Most of these will likely be used as a distraction. While you may not find every one of these on every level, you'll likely find quite a few of the items on this list on a given level. Keep your eyes open because these are some of the most important items in the game.

| Statue Bust | A common distraction item. Can also be used for melee attacks. One time use only. | Syringe | Can be used for stealth kills or thrown kills. Thrown kills leaves blood. |
| Wrench | Useful for distractions and melee combat. Limited situational usages like loosening electrical wires. | Bill Spike | Found frequently at front desks. Useful for distraction or combat. |
| Gasoline Can | Can be used as a distraction or for melee combat. Can be shot once to cause an explosion after a few seconds or shot twice for an instant explosion. | Hula Girl | Useful for distraction or combat. Found in resort areas. |
| Fire Extinguisher | Useful for thrown distractions and melee combat. | Dog's Bone | Found in the dirt or in holes. Distraction item |
| Iron | Useful for thrown distractions and melee combat. | Dummy Arm | Found at Dexter Industries/Death Factory. Useful distraction item. |
| Plunger | Useful for thrown distractions and melee combat. Can be used to strangle enemies quietly. | Radio | DO NOT THROW. Place somewhere and turn it on to lure a guard. Let them turn it off and then take them out. Rinse/repeat as needed. |
