Koga is the second member of the Elite Four as well as a master of Poison type Pokemon, before joining the elite four Koga was the gym leader of the Fuchsia City he has left the duty of gym leader to his daughter Janine. Unlike other trainers Koga doesn’t focus on attacking instead he inflicts status effects and uses moves like Spikes to damage incoming Pokemon to wear them down. In the first match Koga uses a Muk, Crobat, Ariados, Venomoth and Forretress in the second match he uses a Skuntank, Muk, Crobat, Venomoth, Toxicroak and Swalot.
