Cerulean Cave is located northwest of Cerulean City, until your receive all eight Kanto badges a trainer will block you from entering. Cerulean Cave contains a very diverse amount of Pokemon who all are at high levels. Unlike the original Gold/Soul the cave has been rebuilt and Mewtwo can be found at the very end of the cave.
