Held items are items that Pokemon hold to gain their unique effects, there are various types of these items from Type Plates to EXP Share. Most of these held items while boost attack of a certain type move, while others will help a Pokemon’s critical hit rate chances. Many of these items are either found thought the land or can be bought in unique places like the Poke Dome.
