Mt. Mortar is located between Ecruteak City and Mahogany Town, in all the mountain is made up of four different levels which connect to each other through ladders. Inside the mountain is Kiyo the Karate King who you can battle, when you win the battle he will give you a Tyrouge if your party isn’t full.
