Before poke balls were mass produced trainers used poke balls made by apricorns to capture their Pokemon. While apricorns are rarely used today for making poke balls there are still some artisans who are able to create poke balls from apricorns. One can find Apricorn Trees along routes and can have the Apricorns turned into poke balls by Kurt in Azalea Town. There are seven apricorns each create a unique poke ball with their own traits. The seven apricorns and their poke balls are as followed: Black Apricorn makes Heavy Ball, Blue Apricorn makes Lure Ball, Green Apricorn makes Friend Ball, Pink Apricorn makes Love Ball, Red Apricorn makes Level Ball, White Apricorn makes Fast Ball and Yellow Apricorn makes Moon Ball.
