After the destruction of Cinnabar Island Blaine was force to relocate his gym to the near by Seafoam Islands. Blaine is a Fire type user who in the first battle uses a Magmar, Rapidash and Magcargo while in the rematch has a Torkoal, Rapidash, Camerupt, Magcargo, Magmotar and Houndoom.
