Mt. Silver is a mountain in Johto that is west of Victory Road, you are only allowed entrance to the mountain after you beat all 16 gym leaders from both regions. The mountain is home to some of the strongest Pokemon in the game including the legendary Moltres. At the summit of Mt. Silver is Red the strongest trainer in the game, all six of his Pokemon are level 80 and above.
