Telescopes are interactive collectibles in Bioshock Infinite. Apart from the usual use as a zooming device, telescopes can be interacted with to complete the 'Sightseer' achievement. Sightseer not only requires locating all telescopes but also all the Kinetoscopes.
New Eden Square
1. On the left of the boy who gives a telegram to Booker with the warning of not picking the #77. The telescope shows a nice view of the Monument Island.
Comstock Center Rooftops
2. Immediately after exiting the Montgomery Residence, jump onto the gondola to the left. At its bow, there is a Telescope.
3. Onto the archway where the enemy is firing at Booker while he rides the skyline for the first time.
Battleship Bay
4. Between stepping off the gondola and entering Soldier's Field. At the ledge just above the docked gondola. This Telescope gives a nice view of Battleship Bay.
Finkton Docks
5. Near the end of the Finkton Docks, a Handyman attacks Bookers and throws him onto a suspended crate. After being rescued by Elizabeth, Booker will be on a new docking area. The Telescope is behind Booker at that moment which gives you a nice view of Fink Manufacturing.
Shantytown
6. As soon as you enter the The Bull Yard, use the freight hook on the upper left of the screen to reach the balcony above, where you'll find a Telescope along the railing.
Return to Finkton Proper
7. This Telescope can be found during the massive Vox Populi attack on the factory. After taking down the zeppelin, go up the stairs past the statue of Jeremiah Fink. Telescope is placed at the top, to the center which gives a view of the enormous Fink statue in the distance.
8. Wait for the battle / attack of Vox Populi to end, then head to the edge of the platform opposite the elevator. The Telescope is placed here which gives a nice view of the burning factories.
Port Prosperity
9. In Port Prosperity Station, just before taking the gondola to Emporia, go to the walkway opposite of the Gun Automaton tear to find the Telescope which gives a great view of the gondola's destination.
Downtown Emporia
10. Just outside the gate for the path between Victory Square and Memorial Gardens a telescope is placed which gives a view of the Victory Square.
The Hand of the Prophet
11. On Comstock House Roof, just before boarding the gondola to the airship proper, look left to find the game's final Telescope.
