The Charge Vigor allows Booker to launch a powerfull melee strike at their enemies at a very high speed. If charged, Booker uses the Sky-Hook to attack the enemies and also it increases the amount of damage done to enemies due to the increased / charged power. When the Vigor is active, the targeted enemies are highlighted in white. The Charge vigor allows players to extend the reach and drastically increase the power of the standard melee attack.
