The Bolt-Action Sniper Rifle is a long-ranged weapon known as Bird's Eye in Bioshock Infinite. Since it is difficult to use Bird's Eye in close combat, it is suitable to use it for long-ranged combat only.
It has flawless accuracy with a zoom function and is powerful enough to kill certain civilians in one shot. Initially the gun have a 4-round magazine. On normal difficulty a Bird's Eye could kill civilians in one shot even if it is fired at their body, but in Hard difficulty this is only possible if the shot is fired at the head of the civilians.
