The Return to Sender Vigor grants users the power to stop the incoming bullets and also send them back to the enemies. As soon as the Vigor is casted, the users are protected by a shield in front of them which immediately starts protecting the users from all the incoming bullets. As soon as the Vigor is stopped from casting a projectile can be send towards enemies which deals them heavy damage. With the upgrades,more the amount of bullets and damage absorbed while casting the Vigor, more the damage on enemies done with the projectile.
