After the cutscene with a very fucked up Vergil, dude is fucking crazy, you have to help Kat and Vergil escape.
You will likely want to play this level twice: once for items and once for the rating. During the slow-mo, Angel Lift to the back of the car and then jump to the container nearby on the right to Demon Pull the cart out of the way. As the car continues to almost crash into more containers, Angel Lift to the back of the car and then jump onto the pile of containers. With Eryx, jump and use Stomp multiple times to break the chains allow the car to safely fly over.
Instead of following the car, turn left and Angel Boost to the container yard and swing a right to find the Copper Key #9 by the water. You will likely have to restart the section to continue. As the shipyard begins to fall into the water, using the Angel Lift's to follow the car to a cutscene.
There are enemies here, but you can completely ignore them unless you want an SSS rank on the level. To save the car from the ships spinning blades, Angel Boost across the gap and Demon Pull the propeller off and trigger another cutscene.
After the cutscene, Dante will be doing some truck surfing. As the truck crashes, look to the right and Angel Lift and Angel Boost to another cutscene. As the car is about to hit an oncoming train, look right and Angel Boost to the angelic vines nearby to get the Small Devil Trigger Star behind them. Head back to the island now and Demon Pull the bus into place.
Jump on the bus and then Angel Boost to the area on your left and climb the crates outside the building on the left and turn around to spot the Copper Key #10 across the way. You can then enter the building and kill the enemies before using Eryx on the support and end the level.
