Death Coil is a slightly trickier and longer combo than the Hacker Combo. The combo is slightly longer and can deal a little bit more damage when done correctly. The last hit also has the ability to launch light enemies backwards, giving you a little bit more breathing room. Because of the twirl at the middle of the combo, it is possible to do significantly more damage when in the middle of a large group. This spin also has the added effect of being great at deflecting projectiles away from you.
This combo does more damage than the Hacker combo though it might deal slightly less damager per second. However, there's a wide variety of situations where it is considerably better including any situation in which there are multiple enemies near you or enemies with projectiles.
