Trinity Smash is the Arbiter version of Death Coil. It doesn't have the same crowd control qualities and doesn't seem significantly different from Judgement but at the very end, the final attack causes a small shockwave that can hit enemies in an area.
There are very few instances where Judgement is superior to Trinity Smash except in situations where the slight change in speed is crucial. There is also a minor difference when fighting against larger enemies. With smaller enemies, the combo is much more likely to kill them or push them away (which can be of benefit) but with larger enemies, the odds of this decrease and the small pause actually decreases the speed at which you could begin another combo. For this reason, Judgement actually has a slightly higher Damage Per Second against large enemies that is not offset by the other qualities for Trinity Smash.
