This mission begins inside of Thurston Town. He has a job for you, which is to get three things back from the pirates. The first item is from a man who likes to gamble, so head on over to the marker and talk to the guy. He mentions he'll give you the necklace if you win his money back from the men playing poker. Go inside and choose the only difficulty available. Win by busting out the other 3 players to win some good money, then bring the gambler $300 to get the necklace.
The next item to get is the watch from the drunk. He is looking at something, so you can sneak up easily behind him and use a Takedown on him. Loot the watch from his dead body, then continue on to the last target. This one is surrounded by three other enemies, as well as a dog. If they're close together, you can use a grenade or molotov to take them all out at once. Once they're all dead, loot the knife from the target and bring back all three items to the NPC to finish the mission (reward is $500 and a piece of info about the events that happened before the Co-Op missions).
