Parachutes aren't very common on Rook Island. Oh yeah, and make sure to watch out for the bags of pots and pans disguised as parachutes.
The Parachute is meant as a way to safely glide down to land, either after using the Wingsuit or the Glider. Holding back will make fall close to where you are in the air, while holding forward will make you go far ahead.
