This battle-tested Soviet Bloc semi-automatic sniper rifle allows for quick follow-up shots at the expense of some accuracy and range.
The Dragunov SVD is the first sniper rifle you will have access to when playing through the game. It is a semi-automatic sniper, giving it a slight advantage over the other two, which are bolt-action snipers. This allows the SVD to be employed in medium combat ranges as well, but the lack of any attachments knocks its usefulness down a bit. It can be unlocked for free in shops after activating 3 Radio Towers.
