Far Cry 3 - Machete

Machetes are a common sight in the jungle. They can be used for everything from cutting through thick brush to killing people and animals.

You get the Machete at the very beginning of the game from Dennis Rogers. It will be your primary (and only if you don't get the one collectible) melee weapon during the game. While it isn't entirely strong, melee attacks can prove useful in some situations, such as if you run out of ammo.
