The repair tool is what it says it is. This tool is used for repairing damaged vehicles, and comes in handy when you find a vehicle you like and want to extend its lifespan. Occasionally you will find some friendly warriors pulled over on the side of the road screaming for help, with smoke rising from the hood of the vehicle. You can stop and help them if you'd like, but you will not gain any XP or money as a result of doing so. The repair tool does deal damage, and it is possible to kill enemies, however, this is no easy feat.
