Biomes are one of the most important things in the game to know about. The word Biome is used to describe the different kinds of land that you can find because each type of land generally has its own ecosystem with different flora, fauna, and restrictions.
Knowing what kind of Biome you're in, what kind of resources you need and what kind of Biomes you need to be looking for to find them are all crucial to your survival. For instance, if you are hungry than the worst kind of Biome to be in would be the Rockyland because it generally only the Tallbird which is a difficult enemy to kill. However, if you are quite full but looking for stones and minerals to improve your camp then the Rockyland is quite ideal.
