Mushtrees are a short tree-like plant consisting of mushrooms for leaves. Chopping it down results in Logs and Blue Cap Mushroom. Unfortunately, there's no way to replace trees you've cut down and you can't dig up and move the trees. While you may need the resources, if they can be come by some other way then it is probably best to go about it that way as these "trees" produce light.
