The world of Dishonored, at least the people of The Isles, operates on a thirteen month calendar year, with each month containing 28 days. Once all of those days have passed, there is a period of time before the calendar is reset, called the Fugue Feast. The High Overseer of the Abbey of the Everyman is responsible for resetting the astronomical clock, which is when a new year will begin.
