You return to The Hound Pits, and you are tasked with speaking to Pendleton when you first arrive, who will give you a Rune if you did the duel with Lord Shaw. After speaking with Pendleton, you are asked to speak with Havelock and Martin in Havelock's room. Go to the second floor and to Haverlock's room, where they mention it is finally time to strike the Lord Regent, as he's the most vulnerable now. Head to Samuel and take off for your next mission.
(OPTIONAL) HIDE AND SEEK
Callista is sitting inside of the pub and when you talk to her, she mentions that Emily's hiding. She can be hidden in a few spots, some of which are at the base of the tower, behind a desk and another spot is up the stairs leading to the Abandoned Apartment behind the pub. When you find her, she will give you a Rune.
