Dishonored - Warfare Overseers

The Warfare Overseers, also known simply as Overseers, are a faction within the Abbey of the Everyman. They exist only to fight against those who associate themselves with The Outsider. They wear white masks, with a symbol on it that looks like a "C" with a trident through it. Overseers are very troubling, as they can use a device that negates your use of your supernatural powers.
