Havelock and the other Loyalists believe that they have found out where Emily Kaldwin is being held. They think she is being held at The Golden Cat, but the problem is Pendleton's twin brothers are there. They want them dead and the whereabouts of Emily uncovered.
Special Actions
- Help Slackjaw Find Crowley - This is Slackjaw's first side mission and is required if you're doing the Low Chaos playthrough of the mission. Crowley's whereabouts is Galvani's residence. When you go inside, you will need to head to the third floor, where you'll find the body laying on the table, with two guards next to him. Take them out, then grab the audiograph on the table and return to Slackjaw.
- Put the Pendletons to Work in Their Own Mines - This is the nonlethal option of finishing this mission, which requires you to do both of Slackjaw's side missions. Check out the Low Chaos walkthrough for more details.
- Robbed the Art Dealer's Safe - If you do Slackjaw's second side mission, he wants you to retrieve the combination to the Art Dealer's safe. The Art Dealer is located inside of The Golden Cat, in a room strapped to a chair and blindfolded. Sneak into the room and pull the lever to electrocute him enough times to get the combination from him. The Art Dealer's Apartment is across from Galvani's place, and the safe is on the third floor, being guarded by two thugs.
