Blood Thirsty is a Passive skill that allows Corvo to build up some Adrenaline, which when it reaches a certain point, will turn the screen red and Corvo will be able to perform a special one-hit melee kill. Adrenaline builds up with any kind of combat, whether it be normal kills, stealth kills, and even blocking. At Level 1, you can perform one kill, while you can perform multiple kills at Level 2.
