Little Haiti is a district in Vice City, home to mostly Haitians and the Haitian gang. This district seems to be more in a state of disrepair that Little Havana.
In 1984, the Cholos gang had control of both Little Haiti and Little Havana. After their weapons factory was wiped out, though, their presence has been largely reduced.
