Southeast from The Malibu Club, at the south side of the Standing Vice Point Hotel, is a parked PCJ 600. Get on it to begin the "PCJ Playground" side-mission.
You have to collect twenty-four checkpoints in two minutes. The timer will not begin until you collect the first checkpoint. The course goes around the back alleys and rooftops of Ocean Beach, and then finishing up in central Ocean Beach. The course makes this one of the most difficult side-missions in the game.
You will need multiple playthroughs of this side-missions to settle you into the chore of hitting jumps, lining up for checkpoints, and cleanly getting through it. The worst part is right at the end of the course, having to grab the 23rd in the air, and having to stop dead on the roof in time for collection of the final checkpoint. The mantra of this is to try, try and try again.
When you do complete it, your reward is a comfortable and hard-earned $1,000.
