Price: $40,000
Kaufman Cabs is located in northeastern Vice Point, northwest from Auntie Poulet's kitchen, and north up the same street as the Little Haiti Pizza Parlor.
When you buy the Firm, you are given a cutscene of Tommy meeting the woman that is the central hub of the business. She seems to be growing weary because of the different gangs that come to "change" things, but Tommy may fancy himself as a cabbie.
This is the least expensive business that brings out the missions-side of Assets. There are three in total, picked up when entering the Kaufman Cab parked inside.
V.I.P.
The radio controller tells the firm that there's a special fare that wants picking up from Starfish Island. Tommy takes it, and off you go. Head to the marker outside the fare's home, and toot the horn to bring him out before the one-second timer runs out. When you do that, you are introduced to Kaufman Cabs' rival - V.C. Cabs - when one of their cabbies steals the fare from under Tommy's nose. You have to chase down and ram the Taxi off the road before the fare reaches his destination of Escobar Intl. Airport. This process isn't too hard, but the V.C. Cab driver will still hunt you down. If you destroy his Taxi, you can have a safe ride to the Airport.

Friendly Rivalry
The radio controller asks why the firm isn't picking up any fares. One of the cabbies tel her that V.C. Cabs have them outnumbered, so they can't get to them in time. Tommy overhears the conversation, and knows what to do. You need to destroy the three V.C. Cabs around Vice City - when you attack them, they will drive like madmen in an effort to get away from you. If you have a strong weapon, you can easily make quick work of them with heavy weaponry. Take your time as you destroy the trio, and the mission shouldn't pose too much of a challenge.

Cabmageddon
Tommy is called out by the radio controller in order to pick up Mercedes, who asked for him especially. Naturally, he takes it. Head down to Viceport, and sound the horn in the marker. It doesn't feel normal, and it soon turns out to be V.C. Cabs on a crank call - there are several cabs now out for blood.
You need to out-dodge, out-maneuvre and simply survive for one minute as you bear the onslaught. Do NOT stop - just keep moving. When you have survived that ordeal, you are confronted by the "leader cab", a Cabbie with a zebra paint job. You have to destroy the cab to finish up here. Get out, pull out your best gun, and start attacking the cab. When it is destroyed, or if you manage to kill the driver, the mission is completed. The vehicle he was driving, named the Zebra Cab, will now replace the regular Kaufman Cab inside the Firm.
Kaufman Cabs is now an Asset. It will generate revenue up to $5,000 per day. Money earned on collection depends on the time between collections, or the time before collection and after earning the Asset.
