This is the third mission in Rosenberg's line of missions.
After a somewhat rude awakening, Rosenberg goes into panic mode once again. Sonny Forelli has announced a future appearance in Vice City, and now Ken wants the money back in very quick time. Tommy silences him, before he learns of Giorgio Forelli, a relative to Sonny who has a court hearing against him for fraud. Rosenberg tried and failed to convince them to change the jury's minds, so he wants Tommy to MAKE them change their minds.
Upon exiting, a construction worker is ran over, and they drop their hammer. Take it and head to the juror in Ocean Beach, and attack him. When he gets in his car, he disables himself by crashing into a truck. Beat out his driver's door and hijack him. That is enough to convince this juror.
Do the same on the second juror's car. He will not appear until you do enough damage to the vehicle, and even then, Tommy scares him off. This is a very simple mission to complete.
