Vice Point is a predominantely residential middle class area, taking up the north of the island with large apartment buildings, hotels, and medium sized homes at the shore, and smaller apartment complexes farther inland. It is also home to North Point Mall, and a dirt bike track (located on Vice Beach, which overlaps onto Vice Point)
