This mission is the fifth of six missions surrounding Ricardo Diaz's drug empire. You will have to receive a call from Lance after the mission, "Supply & Demand", and then another from Kent Paul, telling Tommy to get to The Malibu Club.
Tommy has to grapple Kent Paul to get some sense out of him. He tells him that Lance, despite multiple warnings to leave off Diaz, has gone out to get his revenge, but he has been stopped in his tracks. Tommy needs to get to the Vice City Junkyard, where Lance is being held captive, before he dies.
Lance's Health Meter will slowly drain as you head out to save him. Head all the way to Little Haiti, and then stop at the road leading up to the Junkyard entrance. There are a few of Diaz's men guarding the entrance, and you need to get through them first, before dealing with more dotted around the yard. Keep your eyes peeled for any of them rushing you, and take them out. You have to deal with a few of the guards guarding Lance, before you can get close to him, where Tommy frees him and scolds him for going after Diaz. Make sure you get to him quick before his Health Meter runs out.
You will need to dodge Diaz's reinforcements as you make your way to Schuman Health Center in Downtown. To make it difficult, they will be driving Comet coupe sports cars. If you brought a fast car that is still intact, use it, but you will need to battle with them otherwise. When you get there, Tommy tells Lance to meet him on the bridge to Starfish Island, to kick-start the next mission.
