This mission is the fourth of six missions surrounding Ricardo Diaz's drug empire.
After shooting holes into his VCR, Diaz gives Tommy his next job for him. There is a free-lancer who has a line in drugs, and gives his product to the first person who reaches his boat. Diaz wants Tommy to take the boat, and get the product before anyone else does.
When you head to the boat, you are greeted by Lance, willing to help Tommy. You have to race the other boats and get to the free-lance dealer in Vice Point before them. Follow the water-ways through the East Island, and with a dab hand in piloting watercraft, this is no ask. Lance will attack anyone who tries to stop you from getting there first.
You are manning a Kruger on the way back, protecting the boat from the rivals, who aren't too happy that they lost out. There are boats, a chopper and some gunmen on land that you have to deal with on the way back. If you are a good shot, this shouldn't be too much of a challenge. You are successful as you make your way back to the mansion.
