You will have visited the club a number of times during the storyline, and so you can easily locate it in southern Vice Point. This being the most expensive, The Malibu Club will have the more challenging missions, and your return is greater.
There are four missions total, that chronicles Tommy's scheme in robbing a local bank. The missions include getting a team together, before the actual robbery itself.
No Escape?
Tommy joins Rosenberg inside the club, and the environment of the club has him on edge, or certainly on something. He tells Rosenberg of his plan, and after being told he won't be a part of it, Rosenberg suggests who they could use as a safecracker. However, the man he had in mind is in H.Q. custody, awaiting transfer. Tommy wants to bust him out.
Head down to the H.Q. in Washington Beach, and head into the locker rooms to pick up the V.C.P.D. uniform. Grab the key-card from the offices, and head down to the cells to bust out Cam Jones. You then have to face off the V.C.P.D. with a 4-Star Wanted Level. Fight your way through the cops with SMGs, head back to your vehicle, lose the heat at the Vice Point Pay 'n' Spray, and head to Cam's lockup in Little Havana. He agrees to help on the job.

The Shootist
With a professional safecracker on hand, Tommy's attention now shifts to a stick-up artist. Rosenberg volunteers, but Cam suggests a man by the name of Cassidy, an apparent 'Nam veteran and ex-soldier in the Army. He spends his time down at the shooting range in Downtown.
Head to Ammu-Nation, which holds the shooting range, to meet up with Phil Cassidy. He challenges Tommy to beat his score. This is a three-part mission, all confined in the range. You need a total of over sixty points at the end of the mission to be successful. These will end when you run out of time or ammunition.
Part one is the main range. There are three targets, each with five separate sections. Shoot out all five sections to score the points. You get one point for the nearest target, two points for the middle target, and three points for the farthest target. You have two minutes and 100 bullets. Focus on the farthest target to rack up the points.
Move onto the second part. You have to shoot cardboard cut-outs, each worth one point. They will pop in for a few moments before disappearing, but will move slowly to make the round easier. You have one minute and 50 bullets.
The final part is the same as the second, except the targets move faster, and thus harder to hit. You have one minute and 40 bullets to try and beat the score, or extend the margin of victory. Once you are done, and you have met the target, you can head back to Phil. He is impressed, and agrees to help out.

The Shooting Range side-mission is now available to attempt from the shooting range here in the Downtown Ammu-Nation.
The Driver
Everything's starting to come together, but Tommy still needs a getaway driver. Once again, Rosenberg's offer is turned down, and then Phil suggests a man by the name of Hilary. He calls this man, who agrees to do it, but due to "abandonment issues", there is a catch. When Tommy meets him, he learns that he has to beat him in a street race.
There are a couple of things that make this mission difficult - for one, you're in a Sentinel, and Hilary's in a Sabre Turbo. Another issue is the cops - you will earn a 2-Star Wanted Level a few moments in, and they only come after YOU. The AI in this mission is nowhere near drawn to Hilary, who is a pretty clean driver. You will need to force Hilary off the road, or make him mess up, to pass him, and then you will have to drive cleanly, avoiding the cops, to complete the course. When you do, Hilary asks Tommy to "treat him bad".

The Job
Tommy has rounded the guys, and Rosenberg, together to set out to pull this heist off. He gives them their jobs and Rosenberg, feeling left out, has the job of welcoming them back and to launder the money. The group then set out.
Get into the Taxi, and head to El Banco Corrupto Grande in Little Haiti. Hilary is ordered to drive around until they are out of there. Head into the bushes to change into your fetching outfit, and the heist begins.
You have to head up to the vault with Cam. There will be two guards waiting for you on the balcony, and once you've taken the elevator, a guard will stroll out of the vault and won't attack you for a couple of seconds after you see him. Take him down, and head to the vault. Cam explains that this type of vault could take hours to crack without the code from the manager. Head downstairs, and there will be guards that you have to fight in the offices. Grab the manager from the main office, grabbing the Health and Armor if you need it, and bring him up to the vault.
Head back down to check on Phil, only to learn that someone has tripped the alarm. Get down to the ground floor quickly, and kill the several SWAT that will drop in. After that, Cam has the vault open and everything is ready to go. Head outside to see Hilary turn up, and then get shot.
Fight past the SWAT, get into the Taxi and head to the Pay 'n' Spray to lose the Wanted Level. You can then head to Cam's lockup to finish up.
The Malibu Club is now an Asset. It will generate revenue up to $10,000 per day. The amount of money you collect depends on the time between collections, or the time before collection and after earning the Asset.
