This mission is the second of six missions focusing around Ricardo Diaz's drug empire.
After having an argument over the phone, getting himself a little on edge, Diaz tells Tommy that the dealer's hideout is well-protected, and a fly-by is the best way to get the money back. Tommy is ordered to go with Lance, under the alias of Quentin, to fly over the mansion and take the money back. As they both get into the chopper, Lance tells Tommy that Diaz may be the man responsible for busting their deal. Tommy wants to keep it cool, as he plans to gain his trust before making their move for vengeance.
You will be using an M60 to take down enemies from the chopper. You must take the thugs out as they line the mansions in north Prawn Island, trying to protect the chopper from serious damage. Good shooting skills is required for this part of the mission, but it is not too difficult.
Eventually, you will touch down inside the mansion, and you have to take down anyone in your way to claim the briefcase filled with the stolen money. Work off angles of cover to take your enemies down, and then kill the final thug on the roof to claim the briefcase. Lance returns in the chopper, picking up Tommy, and you will be brought back to Diaz's mansion.

The West Island, or the Vice City Mainland, is now available. All the bridges that have been closed off are reopened, and you have the ability to travel across the whole of Vice City freely. Use of helicopters and boats is also unlocked.
