These are extra missions that allow you to hold up certain stores. There are fifteen in total, and the holding-up of all of them is required for 100% completion.
How It Works
To hold up a store, you will need to aim your gun at the cashier. The longer you hold up the store, the more money you will get. However, your Wanted Level will go up accordingly. You can collect a maximum of $1,000 per store, allowing you to earn a maximum of $15,000 if you choose to milk this for all it's worth. This will be at the cost of a 3-Star Wanted Level each time.
Unless you can find enough Police Bribes or if you're good at high-tailing it to the nearest Pay 'n' Spray, it may be better to go for the 100% Completion score rather than the financial gain.
You can only rob the fifteen stores listed below. Once you have robbed a store, you cannot rob it again. Also, if you try to rob Ammunation, a store not included on either list, you will be met by the gun of the cashier. You can only rob the fifteen stores ONCE. When you have finished up, you will not be able to hold up a store again.
East Island
There are eight stores on the East Island. These are worked on from south to north.

| Jewelry Store, Vice Point | You may remember this store from the mission "Waste The Wife". You will find it if you head north from the Pizza Stack in Vice Point, on the road to the right to it. |
| Dispensary, Vice Point | This is on the west side of the block that is across the street to the east of Shady Palms Hospital. |
| Corner Store | This is on the corner of the block across the street to the north of Shady Palms Hospital. |
| Jewelry Store, North Point Mall | This is on the northeast corner of the first floor of the North Point Mall. |
| Tooled Up, North Point Mall | This is marked on your map and radar as one of the Hardware Stores. It is on the ground floor of the North Point Mall. |
| Gash | This is a store at the south of the North Point Mall, and has two levels. The cashier is on the first floor. |
| Vinyl Countdown, North Point Mall | This is on the west side of the second floor of the North Point Mall. |
West Island
There are seven stores to rob on the West Island. We will work on them from north to south.

| Laundromat, Little Havana | This is in the north block of Little Havana, on the northwest corner of the block. This is due southwest of the Printworks. |
| Cafe Robina, Little Havana | You should remember coming to this place to complete missions for the Cubans and Umberto Robina. |
| Screw This, Little Havana | This is marked on your map and radar as one of the Hardware Stores. It is in the southernmost block of Little Havana. |
| Deli, Little Havana | This is across the street to the north of the Little Havana Police Station. |
